Özak GYO
Özak Real Estate Investment Trust partnered with Scope Digital to bring its corporate identity and investor trust into the digital realm. As a REIT traded on Borsa İstanbul, the redesigned website focuses on investor relations, portfolio presentation and corporate transparency, delivering a modern experience that speaks to both individual and institutional investors.
- A corporate website redesigned for Özak GYO, a REIT traded on Borsa İstanbul, focused on investor relations and portfolio presentation.
- An experience built for individual and institutional investors and analysts, providing fast access to CMB/Public Disclosure Platform filings and financial reports.
- In the first six months, investor portal usage grew 3.4x and qualified lead generation increased by 126%.
Challenge
Özak GYO’s existing website had an outdated design and a poor user experience that did not match the company’s portfolio scale and corporate reputation. The regulatory disclosure pages required by the CMB and the Public Disclosure Platform were presented in a scattered structure, making it difficult for investors to quickly reach financial data and annual reports.
Solution
We began the project with a comprehensive UX research phase, conducting in-depth user interviews with individual investors, institutional fund managers and analysts. We built a new information architecture that highlights critical sections such as investor relations, portfolio, news and regulatory disclosures. On the SEO side, we implemented a content strategy targeting real estate investment keywords alongside technical SEO improvements.
Results & Impact
Within the first six months of launch, the investor portal became the primary channel for accessing financial data, with usage growing more than threefold. The number of qualified leads coming through project inquiry forms rose significantly; corporate page views — especially the portfolio and annual report sections — nearly doubled. The strengthened digital presence noticeably improved the company’s position in institutional investor meetings.
